The tradition of Tuscan cuisine needs no introduction. Simple recipes, wholesome products, skilful use of the land’s resources, ancient traditions passed down through many generations… All of this gives us tasty dishes, healthy ingredients, a large variety of flavours and colours, skilfully presented by our chef Valerio.

Everything is paired with fine wine produced in the renowned vineyards in the hills around Valdera, where many local wineries operate in a territory which has been active in wine production for centuries. It’s no coincidence that our restaurant is located in the centre of the Wine Road in the Pisan Hills, a food and wine itinerary promoted by an association which involves local companies and institutions in the valorisation and promotion of the territory and the quality products of the Pisan hills.
