The vegetable gardens, managed by the social co-op “Il cammino”, allow us to always bring to our tables the best of produce in every season, varying the dishes on our menu according to the right natural rhythms, but mostly providing the best organoleptic and nutritional characteristics for every crop ingredient, superior to greenhouse products.
